Plenty of grading outfits are too big to care about a two-day commercial job and too busy to call you back. That is the gap we work in — small and mid-size commercial sitework across metro Atlanta, run by the person actually operating the machine.
Pads, parking and storage areas, drainage corrections, erosion control, post-demolition grading and site clearing for contractors, developers and property managers.
Do you need this?
If any of these sound like your property, this is the service:
- A commercial pad or parking area needs grading
- A site needs erosion control to satisfy the county
- A general contractor needs a reliable grading sub
- A property manager needs drainage or surfacing corrected
- A tenant fit-out needs exterior groundwork
How the job runs
- 1
Review the plans
We work to supplied drawings and levels, and flag anything that looks wrong on the ground before it becomes a problem.
- 2
Erosion control first
Silt fence, stabilised entrance and controls installed before disturbance, as the county expects.
- 3
Earthwork
Cut and fill to design level, compacted in lifts, with material balanced on site where the plans allow.
- 4
Finish and document
Graded to tolerance, site left clean, with photo documentation for your records or the inspector.
What affects your price
Priced from drawings or a site walk. Volume of earthwork, import or export of material, erosion control requirements, access and programme constraints are the drivers. Out-of-hours work can be arranged where a business needs to stay open.
We quote after seeing the site, and the price we give you is fixed and in writing. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.

Georgia EPD requires a land disturbance permit for any project disturbing an acre or more, and metro counties actively inspect commercial sites for erosion and sedimentation controls. Getting those in before disturbance avoids stop-work orders.
